Job summary

Integrated Machinery Solutions is seeking experienced Independent Field Adjusters to investigate and evaluate daily property claims in Indiana. The contractor will handle a high volume of claims, interpret policy coverages, and establish reserves while upholding professional conduct.

Requires 2+ years in property claims and proficiency with Xactimate and Symbility. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, with taxes and expenses borne by the contractor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling property claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned claims promptly with minimal oversight.
• Make claim decisions within delegated authority per policies.
• Estimate damages and establish reserves per carrier expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service to insureds, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional conduct on all assignments.
