Job summary

Integrated Machinery Solutions is seeking experienced Independent Field Adjusters to investigate and evaluate daily property claims on behalf of our clients. You will manage a high volume of claims independently, delivering timely, accurate, and professional service in line with client and carrier policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property claims experience.
• Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
• General construction knowledge preferred.
• Independent contractor status required (1099).

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned claims with minimal oversight.
• Make claim decisions per policy and carrier guidelines.
• Interpret coverages and apply claims practices.
• Establish reserves aligned with carrier expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insureds and clients.
• Maintain professional conduct on all assignments.
• Submit supplemental reports as needed.
