FM Boiler Re, a division of FM, based in Malvern, PA, is seeking a full-time Claims Analyst. You will evaluate claims for mechanical, electrical, or pressure system breakdowns, investigate losses, and advise on settlements or declinations in coordination with our partner company and insured.

This role primarily handles homeowner claims with occasional commercial or farm losses. Applicants must hold or obtain state adjuster licensure and excel in customer service, communication, and analysis.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Insurance claims adjustment preferred in equipment breakdown or related field.
• Licensure: Must have or obtain state adjuster licenses.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate claims for mechanical, electrical, or pressure system breakdown events.
• Investigate the equipment loss claimed and contact all pertinent parties.
• Provide recommendations with our Partner Company and insured for settlement or declination.
• Adjust homeowner claims with occasional commercial or farm losses; assist in data entry in the FM Boiler Re claims database.
