The role combines on-site inspections with field-based work, supported by mobile office tools and occasional travel to other territories.

The ideal candidate will conduct inspections, gather evidence, explain coverage, and provide remarkable service while navigating emotions and complex claim scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties who may be emotional during inspections or resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000 exposure.
• Evaluate coverage and terms to determine claim validity and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits per policy and standards.
