Qualifications

• At least 5 years property loss control background with broad exposure across multiple business classes.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent professional competency.
• Dynamic self-starter with strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and teaching skills.
• Familiarity with FM data sheets and engineering resources.

Responsibilities

• Identify training opportunities with partner companies and coordinate delivery.
• Develop property engineering training programs, tools, and materials.
• Deliver customized training to underwriting, loss control, and claims staff (on-site, webinars, meetings).
• Create exposure identification, quantification, and loss prevention guidelines for equipment classes.
• Travel domestically 25-30% of the time.
