Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years claims handling experience or ERIE-sponsored education pathway.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Handle property claims within designated authority with integrity and accuracy.
• Regularly service Madison, Dane County and surrounding territories.
• Coordinate with agents and district sales managers as needed.
• Attend training and complete field experiences to prepare for Property Adjuster roles.
