Job summary

Capstone ISG in Richmond, VA seeks a detail-oriented Property Claims Adjuster to independently manage residential and commercial property claims through investigation, evaluation, and resolution. You will conduct field investigations, analyze policy language, and prepare settlements and reports.

This role requires strong technical claims handling, accurate estimating (Xactimate), and the ability to manage multiple claims of varying severity.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a property/casualty license.
• Experience handling residential and commercial property claims preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations for residential and commercial losses.
• Evaluate coverage language and determine claim exposure.
• Prepare estimates and settlements; draft correspondence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
