Capstone ISG, a fast-growing independent adjustment firm, is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to join our Baltimore team. You will conduct on-site investigations, review policies and endorsements, and determine coverage while focusing on accuracy and timely resolutions.

This role requires 5+ years in claims or IA experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with claims software (Xactimate preferred). Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience as a claims adjuster or Capstone training required.
• Xactimate knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts field investigations to resolve residential and commercial property claims.
• Examines and applies claims forms, policies and endorsements to determine coverage and client exposure.
• Adjusts property loss claims of varying levels of severity and complexity.
• Sets loss reserves.
• Prepares written reports and settlement letters as needed.
• Maintains case load and complies with regulations and service standards.
