Job summary

Jobtailor in Arizona seeks a Property Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and settle low to moderate complexity property claims, from FNOL through final settlement, with emphasis on policy interpretation and regulatory compliance.

You will apply Xactimate, Claim X, Hover, and Hosta to prepare estimates, document files, and coordinate with teams and vendors. Occasional CAT deployments and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year handling low/moderate complexity property claims or related experience.
• Active P&C adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with Xactimate, Claim X, Hover, and Guidewire.
• Must demonstrate negotiation, investigation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle low to moderate complexity property claims.
• Confirm coverage, analyze liability, and negotiate settlements per state rules.
• Manage an assigned claims caseload and document files accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors, regulators, and internal teams to resolve claims.
• Use estimating tools to prepare and manage claims estimates and CAT support.
