Sutherland is hiring Small Business Insurance Advisors in the United States for an office-based role. You will handle inbound inquiries from small business owners, assess their needs, and guide them through quotes and policy purchases while delivering strong customer service.

You will work toward sales, quality, and satisfaction targets and maintain accurate records, complying with regulations and company policies. Licensing support and career advancement are offered.

We're now hiring Small Business Insurance Advisors who want to grow a fulfilling career centered around cultivatingstrong relationships in an office-based setting.

Handles inbound sales inquiries from small business owners seeking commercial insurance solutions with one of the nation's leading small business insurers. Engages prospects through consultative selling techniques to assess business needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, explain coverage options, and guide customers through the quoting and purchasing process. Delivers exceptional customer service while achieving sales, conversion, and quality performance goals. Maintains accurate customer records, ensures compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, and collaborates with underwriting and support teams to provide seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
