The Juris Agency in Duluth, GA is seeking an Insurance Agent who can quote and sell personal and commercial lines policies with emphasis on workers comp and general liability for artisan contractors. You will work with admitted and surplus markets, supported by qualified leads, and earn base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Ideal candidates will hold an active P&C license, have commercial lines experience, and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License is required or active licensing expected.
• Commercial Lines experience, especially quoting Workers Compensation and General Liability.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone, delivering a strong first impression.

• Proactively follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that protect clients properly.
• Maintain organized, timely communication with clients and carriers.
• Request referrals from satisfied clients to help expand the agency's reach.
• Support the agency's goals by providing high-quality service and retention.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Commercial Lines experience preferred, with proven ability to quote Workers Compensation and General Liability (artisan contractors preferred).
• Experience quoting through both surplus lines and admitted markets.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
