Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our agency’s daily operations. This role is responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a high level of service that strengthens client relationships and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage explanations
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and new policy applications
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems (CRM)
• Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps or cross-sell opportunities
• Follow up on pending items, claims, and underwriting requests
• Support agents with administrative tasks and client communication
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (insurance experience preferred)
• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
