Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Support Assistant to help keep common areas clean, curb appeal high, and vacant units ready for leasing. You will perform housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and other duties to support resident satisfaction and leasing success.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and a service mindset, with the ability to work safely using cleaning agents and equipment. This role may involve weekend or emergency support as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Experience in multifamily porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or grounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, amenities, laundry rooms, common areas, models, and vacant units.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
• Maintain landscaping appearance, flowerbeds, grass areas, and exterior presentation.
• Assist with pool upkeep, snow removal, or seasonal property tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Other tasks designated by supervisor.
