• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Help customers who show up to the store; rent a unit, take a payment, get a review when you make the customer’s day.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean; hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
