Job summary

Go Store It is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate in Helena, AL. You will walk the property daily to spot trash, leaks, or issues and assist customers with unit rentals and payments, helping to create a positive customer experience.

You will fix small items, keep facilities clean, and support admin tasks to improve property performance. A reliable, detail-focused team member with basic maintenance skills is welcome

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Wamiliar with basic maintenance tasks and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day.
• Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off.
• Help customers who show up to the store: rent a unit, take a payment, get a review when you make the customers day.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms and trash runs.
• Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to make sure theyre working.
