Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off
• Help customers who visit the store: rent a unit, take a payment, and provide friendly service
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
• Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working
