Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a meticulous housekeeper to maintain property models, vacant units, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. The role includes proactively identifying improvements and adhering to safety and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning units and common spaces, handling chemicals safely, and storing equipment at shift end. High school diploma required; 3–6 months of housekeeping preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Clean available units, model homes, and common areas (e.g., pool, gym, property office).
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, wipe trim/molding, clean windows/doors, clean exterior patios, trash removal, sanitize bathrooms.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer instructions for chemicals/equipment.
• Store equipment and supplies properly at shift end.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
