Avenue5 Residential is seeking a meticulous housekeeper to maintain model homes, vacant units, and common areas across the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort for residents and guests.

You will follow safety guidelines, use cleaning products as directed, and report improvement needs. Training on Fair Housing and inclusion is required within 30 days of hire. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing Training within first 30 days of employment.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean units, model homes, and common areas as directed.
• Follow safety standards and use chemicals per manufacturer instructions.
• Store equipment properly at shift end.
• Communicate opportunities for site improvements.
• Other duties as directed by property manager.
