Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for our Chatham Court/Reflections property. The role involves keeping models, vacant units and common areas pristine and safe, while proactively identifying opportunities for site improvements.

You will follow safety guidelines, use cleaning chemicals per manufacturers’ instructions, and properly store supplies after each shift. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write and understand English.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to cope with difficult situations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Clean model homes, units and common areas (e.g., pool area, gym, office) as directed.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer instructions when using chemicals or equipment.
• Clean and store equipment at end of shift; maintain infection control and universal precautions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by property manager.
