Job summary

Park Heights is seeking a Porter to support maintenance, landscape, and property management efforts to keep the community clean and orderly. Responsibilities include maintaining curb appeal across common areas and assisting with vacant apartments preparation for move-in.

The Porter will work under the supervision of the Maintenance/Community Manager and participate in safety meetings while ensuring resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Light maintenance skills preferred.
• Able to use common cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive environment in and around leasing office, clubhouse, pool, and common areas.
• Assist in trashing out vacant apartments and light cleaning prior to move-in.
• Assist with basic maintenance work orders and report safety issues.
• Communicate status of work to supervision and respond to after-hours emergencies.
