Palma de Mallorca | Full-time | Native German + Fluent English (Spanish a plus)

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our international team in Palma. This hybrid role combines content creation, property research, and client coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys writing, is highly organised, and wants to grow in the fields of digital media and real estate.

You’ll play a key role across two established lifestyle platforms: helencummins.comandabcMallorca, helping to showcase the island’s most beautiful homes and support clients on their journey to finding their dream property in Mallorca.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create and manage engaging property contentfor our website and weekly property newsletter, highlighting homes that reflect the Helen Cummins brand.
• Select and upload propertiesfrom our database, write clear and compelling descriptions, and manage the editorial calendar for featured listings.
• Act as the initial point of contactfor property enquiries, liaising with both clients and real estate agencies.
• Support the Property Buyers Agentsby researching available properties and preparing tailored shortlists that meet client criteria.
• Translate and proofread lifestyle contentfrom English into German across websites, newsletters, and marketing channels.
• Assist with newsletter campaigns, including setting up and scheduling monthly email newsletters via Mailchimp for helencummins.com and abcMallorca.
• Provide administrative supportacross the editorial, sales, and production teams as needed.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is anative German speakerwithfluent English(Spanish is a bonus)
• Has strong writing, translation, and proofreading skills
• Is highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Can balance creative content work with structured admin tasks
• Ideally has experience with tools likeMailchimp,WordPress, or similar
