Sandsrepm is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage the financial heartbeat of a growing rental portfolio. You will handle both long- and short-term rental accounting, ensuring accuracy across ownership payouts and trust ledgers.

Responsibilities include full-cycle QuickBooks bookkeeping with class tracking, reconciling OwnerRez payouts, and managing security deposits per state rules. Prior experience in real estate accounting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate or property management accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks with class tracking.
• Certifications such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor, CPA, or CPB are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks using Classes to separate rental types.
• Reconcile monthly payouts from OwnerRez with fees, taxes and costs.
• Manage trust accounting for security deposits per state regulations.
• Process accounts payable for properties.
• Audit guest ledgers to ensure platform-to-bank synchronization.
