Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Property Book Officer / Logistics Specialist to support DEVCOM at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will maintain accountability for government property, support receiving, storage, and inventory, and coordinate deliveries using government vehicles.

You will work with APO/COR to ensure accurate records, prepare required forms, and manage excess property through disposition while upholding safety requirements and government procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain accurate property, warehouse, shipping and inventory records.
• Experience using Government-issued systems and tablets for warehouse transactions, property tracking, and reports.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD SECRET clearance and CAC access; complete required Government training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, offload, stage, ship, and deliver supplies; verify packing slips against nomenclature, part numbers, models, manufacturers and quantities.
• Maintain daily digital records and chain-of-custody documentation for receipts, shipments, deliveries, and excess property turn-ins; respond to questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries and local pickups of Government-purchased items within 30 miles of APG Aberdeen using Government vehicles; document pickup and delivery transactions.
• Track equipment in the G4 warehouse, classify property, and prepare weekly reports for COR and APO.
• Manage excess equipment from turn-in through disposition; prepare and maintain required forms and coordinate transfer to LRC or DLA.
• Maintain property book records, APSR; assist with inventories and report discrepancies in writing.
• Research equipment data and update GCSS-Army records; update AESIP entries as needed.
