Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is seeking a Property Book Officer / Logistics Specialist to support DEVCOM Headquarters at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role maintains government property records, oversees warehouse activities, and coordinates deliveries and fleet records.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, excess property disposition, and reporting to the APO/COR. Must meet DoD SECRET clearance and safety requirements; Army logistics experience is

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate property, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory records; reconcile discrepancies.
• Use Government systems and devices for warehouse transactions, property tracking, and reporting.
• Safely handle/move equipment; operate Government vehicles when allowed; follow safety/environment procedures.
• Obtain and maintain required installation access and Government training.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, offload, stage, ship, and deliver supplies; verify against docs.
• Maintain daily digital records and chain-of-custody for receipts, shipments, and inventory.
• Coordinate deliveries and local pickups within 30 miles of APG using Government vehicles.
• Track equipment in the G4 warehouse and prepare weekly/monthly reports for COR and APO.
• Manage excess equipment from customer turn‑in through disposition and required forms.
• Maintain APSR property records and assist with inventories and discrepancies.
• Research equipment data and update GCSS-Army/AESIP catalog info.
• Keep security logs and ensure safe handling and transport per rules.
• Coordinate inspections of material handling gear and manage vehicle fleet records.
• Comply with Army property accountability policies and security training.
