Job Overview

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to coordinate the CLEAN & SAFE programs. Successful Property Attendants take pride in their work and enjoy a variety of tasks aimed at exceeding standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include cleaning studio checkouts and stayovers, maintaining public areas, landscape upkeep, and general preventative maintenance.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain a flexible work schedule depending on location.
2. Perform maintenance duties such as carpet shampooing, light electrical and plumbing work, preventive maintenance, pesticide treatments, janitorial tasks, parking lot upkeep, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
3. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding linens.
4. Maintain property and guest laundry facilities.
5. Conduct housekeeping duties, including checkout preparations and cleaning upon guest departure.
6. Implement and oversee the CLEAN & SAFE programs.
7. Assist with stay-over cleans during staff shortages.
8. Be on-call for guest services and emergency needs; support Safety Attendant, Assistant GM, or GM when needed.
9. Conduct property tours and assist in closing sales.
10. Check-in late-hour guests, with or without reservations.
11. Perform PMS system audits.
12. Ensure property and guest security.
13. Respond to supervisor requests and follow up accordingly.
14. Manage laundry as directed.
15. Administer keys and know emergency procedures.
16. Familiarize with local attractions and services to enhance guest experience.
17. Suggest and sell services and amenities.
18. Review studio inventory and operate within guidelines.
