About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in performing various hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, preparing rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

1. Maintenance: Manage work orders, perform light electrical and plumbing work, cleaning, drywall repair, painting, etc.
2. Inventory: Manage maintenance supplies and tools, and coordinate orders.
3. Housekeeping: Prepare rooms for housekeeping, including linen removal, trash, and furniture movement.
4. Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency protocols and ensure security.
5. Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
