Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Mainstay Suites in Brentwood, TN!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, and performing tasks such as carpet shampooing, hard surface cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, and other maintenance duties.
• Inventory: Managing inventory of supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeepers, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure safety and security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Repeated climbing of stairs and ladders.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
