Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at WoodSpring Suites in Greenville, SC!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing various hotel responsibilities, including general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, including carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, drywall repair, painting, caulking, and more.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeepers, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure safety and security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
