Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Meridian, a 217-unit apartment community in Decatur, GA. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, maintain occupancy, and foster resident relations.

The role requires 1-2 years of property management experience and may involve occasional evenings and weekends. Dominium offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Section 8/Section 42 or Market Rate a plus.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
