Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Meridian, a 217-unit community in Decatur, GA. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, tenant relations, budget adherence, and staff guidance.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in property management, experience with Section 8/42 or Market Rate, and familiarity with Yardi. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required, and a strong focus on customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
