The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience, and occasional evenings and weekends. Experience with Section 8/42 or market-rate properties is preferred; you will train, supervise site staff, and build positive

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
