Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join The Meridian, a 217-unit community in Decatur, GA. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and resident relations.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, achieving budget goals, training site staff, and being on-call as scheduled. Dominium is a leading affordable housing company with a commitment to resident service and community impact, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
