Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, leasing experience preferred but not required, and familiarity with One-Site software. You will handle rent processing, reporting, site tours, and resident inquiries, with a 40-hour workweek and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Agreement to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime as needed.
• Experience in sales/service environment helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations to meet budgeted revenue and occupancy goals.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
• Collect rent payments and deposits, handle delinquencies, and prepare rental documents.
• Conduct site tours of available units and demonstrate amenities to prospective residents.
• Answer phone inquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, and communicate with residents, vendors, and ownership.
• Increase property traffic and maintain strong closing ratios.
• Report safety hazards and help ensure the property is clean, safe, and attractive.
