Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager in Sherman, TX to support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and ensure resident satisfaction.

The role includes marketing, reporting, rent processing, and coordinating tours and inquiries. We offer a competitive starting pay of $18 per hour, health insurance, PTO, and a chance to grow with a property management leader serving Texas and nearby states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales/service industry experience (leasing experience preferred) .
• Experience with One-Site software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work scheduled hours, be on-call, and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations to achieve budgeted revenue, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist in development and execution of marketing plans and resident retention strategies.
• Complete and submit daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
