Qualifications

• Education and experience as listed: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years in property management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required for senior level; 7+ years in property/asset management for Sr.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations for assigned assets, including occupancy, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution.
• Oversee vendor activities, service quality, and completion of maintenance work.
• Administer lease obligations, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and operating costs and support variance review and forecasting.
• Maintain property files, contracts, and performance records.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, facilities, procurement, and business units on property matters.
• Ensure assigned properties are operated in compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
