Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, contract administration, contract analysis, invoice processing, budgeting, benchmarking or auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral/written communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP/financial systems, and data analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the vendor invoice review and approval process for complex contract labor and services.
• Provide guidance on interpretation of contract and financial terms; resolve significant exceptions and disputes.
• Oversee financial control processes for project and work order reporting across entities.
• Lead LEAN and process-improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee training for Financial Controls Analysts.
• Support audits with timely documentation and follow-up on findings.
• Lead special studies, reporting, automation initiatives and data analytics.
