Responsibilities

• Provides professional asset management for community housing developments.
• Liaises between staff, attorneys, and housing personnel to prepare contracts.
• Reviews applications for housing programs to determine eligibility.
• Drafts program performance reports and maintains databases.
• Conducts site visits to verify income, rent, and unit mix; conducts annual reviews.
• Tracks assets to mitigate risk and support housing offerings.
• Performs other duties as needed.
