Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review and record property characteristics for valuation.
• Inspect properties to evaluate construction and condition.
• Measure and inspect exteriors and capture required photographs.
• Interact professionally with property owners and contractors.
• Submit regular reports tracking progress and findings.
• Represent the appraisal team in public-facing interactions.
