Job summary

Vision Government Solutions is seeking an Appraiser to join our team in Ohio. The role involves on-parcel field reviews, assisting with valuation parameters and modeling, and handling taxpayer interactions during informal hearings. You will maintain positive relationships with clients and our team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn through on-the-job training. Ohio appraisal license or trainee status is a plus.

• Mass appraisal experience is preferred.

• Ohio appraisal license or trainee is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete an on parcel field review of property data to ensure data quality and uniform treatment.
• Assist the Project Manager in development and implementation of valuation parameters and modeling.
• Interact professionally with taxpayers during informal hearings and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain positive relations with clients, the public and company personnel.
