Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in property support, appraisal support, customer service operations, or a related field. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and driving record check.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Counter/Personal Property Department staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and coaching.
• Develop objectives, track and audit changes, oversee exemptions, address account maintenance, and assist with budgeting.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate public outreach events and create SOPs for staff.
• Provide customer service support in person, by phone, or electronically; research accounts and generate productivity reports.
