Focus Property Management is seeking a Property & Grounds Assistant in Fitchburg, WI. This role emphasizes outdoor, hands-on work to maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal across assigned properties.

You’ll perform maintenance tasks, engage with residents, and help ensure properties look and feel inviting in all weather. A reliable driver’s license and readiness to work independently are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on hero: Own the cleanliness, safety, and overall feel of properties inside and out.
• Stay sharp: conduct weekly walk-throughs and spot issues before they arise.
• Fix it yourself: paint, repair, clean, and tackle small maintenance tasks.
• Weather warrior: work in snow, sun, or rain to improve properties.
• Connect with residents: build friendly relationships and respond to concerns with care.
• Spot areas for improvement and take initiative to make properties shine.
• Think critically to find efficient, lasting solutions.
• Mind the details: small things matter for overall feel.

• Pay: Starting at $20+ (based on experience)
