Job summary

Focus Property Management in Madison, WI is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional who keeps buildings sharp and safe. You’ll diagnose leaks, locks, lights, heating and other essentials, and you’ll work directly with residents to get it done right.

• General maintenance or mechanical experience, or the drive to learn fast.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.

Pay: Based on Experience + On-Call Pay + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating on-call
Location: Madison, WI 53704
Reports to: Service Tech Leader
