Job summary

Focus Property Management is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose and fix building issues in South Milwaukee, WI. You’ll work Monday–Friday with rotating on-call shifts and report to the Service Tech Leader as part of a team that values craftsmanship and accountability.

You’ll handle leaks, locks, lights, and HVAC-related basics, keeping properties safe and functional while collaborating with residents and trusted vendors.

Qualifications

• General maintenance or mechanical experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks.
• Strong work ethic with ownership of your day.
