General Job Description: The Property Manager will manage and maintain the ACCO Engineered Systems Pasadena headquarters facility. This includes overseeing daily operations, maintaining the building, and ensuring tenant and occupant satisfaction.
Position Requirements: AA in Business or Real Estate Management or related field; 5+ years of commercial property management experience; excellent communication skills; innovative marketing abilities; budget management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; self-motivated, creative, and resourceful.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally; good vision; hearing; ability to sit, stand, walk; regular attendance.

Salary: $71,175 - $97,181.25 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
