The Property and Evidence Custodian is a non-sworn civilian member of the Police Department, reporting to the Detective Sergeant. This role involves the receipt, storage, and transfer of seized, recovered, and evidentiary physical and digital property.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate discretion, task prioritization, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work independently. The position is part-time, working up to 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 1,000 hours annually. Work hours are flexible, typically Monday through Friday.
