Job summary

DOWL is a multi-disciplinary engineering and land development firm with a strong Anchorage presence. The Real Estate Coordinator will perform land title research, property acquisition, appraisal, and relocation tasks to support highway, airport, and public facility projects.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork, with limited supervision and opportunities to grow within an established, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Real Estate license required (if required by state code).
• Right of Way Agent (RWA) designation preferred.
• Driving is an essential job function or a valid driver’s license required.

• Draft waiver valuations
• Draft ROW technical memos and reports
• Spreadsheet data and file structure maintenance
