Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. ROW Agent in Homer, AK to manage land access, negotiations, and ROW documentation. You will work under the ROW Supervisor to secure permissions, prepare reports, and support project delivery on challenging energy-related projects.

The role requires strong negotiation, land description knowledge, and experience with ROW processes, with opportunities to contribute to safety and compliance in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and have excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Requires specialized knowledge in methods and techniques for performing Land Services activities; knowledge of land description and terminology, surface and subsurface rights, ROW document analysis, and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed.
• Develop construction lines from conditions/restrictions with landowners/tenants.
• Maintain detailed diary of property owner contacts and provide weekly activity reports.
• Maintain a log of all payments.
• Negotiate damages settlements as required.
• Support construction activities as required.
• Document all ROW activities and adhere to the Safety Plan.
