Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a proactive Jr. Property Accounting Analyst to support Finance, AR, and AP functions, owning key platforms like AvidXchange, Domicile, and ClickPay.

You will work with property managers, help resolve workflow issues, run reports, and assist with basic financial analysis under senior guidance. This role offers hands-on platform support and room to grow in a fast-paced real estate tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a junior financial analyst, financial analyst, accounting, property accounting, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AvidXchange and ClickPay; Domicile is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with financial reports and data.
• Experience supporting financial-system implementations or user onboarding is a plus.
• Property management or real estate industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day owner for AvidXchange, Domicile, and ClickPay.
• Monitor workflows and ensure timely processing.
• Identify workflow issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide AR/AP support across payment, billing, and reconciliation workflows.
• Assist with reports from financial platforms.
• Support platform implementations with property managers.
• Contribute to month-end and periodic reporting.
• Train users and provide ongoing support as needed.
