Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and vendor inquiries.
• Record tenant billings, depreciation, and intercompany entries.
• Prepare month-end close and financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and internal controls.
• Assist with capital expenditures and fixed asset records.
