Mosaic Partners is seeking a Property Accounting Manager in Atlanta to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and operational accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive property accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Atlanta office, requiring leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of property accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting practices
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar property management/accounting software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and operational accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of property management accounting principles, GAAP, and financial systems.
